Clinical leadership

Led from the consulting room

How the team works

What we hold ourselves to

Three commitments that decide how the team behaves when a case is complicated.

  • Licensed and accountable

Clinical staff practise within their registered scope, under the clinical leadership of the founder and team leader. Registration details are verified before a clinician sees a patient.

  • Cases discussed, not passed on

Where a presentation crosses disciplines, the relevant specialists review it together. The patient meets a decision, not a queue.

  • The same record everywhere

Clinic, home visit, transport handover and telemedicine consultation all write to one patient record, so the next clinician starts informed.
